Variety of French internship opportunities at EURORDIS: Semester 1
EURORDIS is a non-governmental alliance which voices 30 million people affected by rare diseases throughout Europe. They are offering a variety of 6 month internships for French students during semester 1.
Digital Communications: The intern will work in the communication team based in Paris and will carry out a variety of tasks including:
- Updating website content on eurordis.org
- Creating visuals to support digital content
Fundraising Ceremony: The intern will work with the events team in the Paris office and will have the opportunity to be involved in the planning of the EURODIS Black Pearl Awards in Brussels and have the chance to attend this event. They will also carry out a variety of tasks including:
- Inviting and communicating with speakers and session chairs and special guests
- Booking hotel travel for staff, board, volunteers and speakers
- Support the events team in the organisation of international events
Rare Disease Day: The intern will work within the communications team in the Paris office. They will carry out a variety of tasks including:
- Promoting the campaign via mailings and social media content
- Community management via rarediseaseday.org
- Creating printed campaign materials
Workshops: The intern will work with the events team in the Paris office and will have the opportunity to be involved in the planning and preparation for Workshop and Black Pearl Awards in Brussels, they will also have the opportunity to attend these events. They will also carry out a variety of tasks including:
- Writing and developing content for EURORDIS’ event websites
- Designing emails using the special software tool MailChimp to promote events
- Inviting and communicating with speakers and session chairs and special guests
